Rod
ney G. Snow is President, a Director and Shareholder of Clyde Snow and a member of the Management Committee. He received his juris doctor (J.D.) from the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the
University of Utah , where he also earned his bachelor of science degree majoring in American history.
In addition to mediation and arbitration for select cases, Mr. Snow's practice consists of complex civil and criminal litigation and in the representation of clients in corporate cases, grand jury investigations and before state and federal administrative agencies regarding regulatory matters. These agencies include the Environmental Protection Agency, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Labor, Drug Enforcement Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice.
In 1986 Mr. Snow was appointed Special Counsel for the Salt Lake County Special Grand Jury empaneled by the Third Judicial District Court. Serving from January 1986 to July 1987, he successfully investigated and prosecuted the Salt Lake County Attorney, certain members of the
County Attorney 's staff, and Utah Power & Light Company. Mr. Snow was also appointed by the Utah Supreme Court in September 1986 as a Prosecutor Pro Tempore , a position he held from September 1986 to July 1987. In that capacity, he prosecuted indictments returned and other activities initiated by the 1986 Salt Lake County Special Grand Jury. Mr. Snow has been appointed Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of
Utah on several occasions to represent the interests of the state and to investigate alleged violations of law by certain elected officials.
