Eric P. Lee is a Director & Shareholder at Clyde Snow. Lee was formerly a partner at Dart, Adamson & Donovan in Salt Lake City where he practiced law for 20 years. Business Litigation is his primary emphasis; other areas include Appellate Practice; Construction Law; Contract Law; Real Estate; Zoning, Planning and Land Use.

In 1986, Lee received his J.D. degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and was admitted to the Utah State Bar. He earned a B.S. degree in economics at the University of Utah . Lee is a member of the Salt Lake County and Utah State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Park City Bar Association where he serves as director/secretary.
