Aaron D. Lebenta is an Associate at Clyde Snow. Mr. Lebenta earned his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004, during which time he clerked for Utah District Court Judge Ronald E. Nehring and the Lane and Douglas County District Attorney offices in Oregon . Following graduation, prior to joining Clyde Snow, Mr. Lebenta clerked for one year for Judge Pamela T. Greenwood of the Utah Court of Appeals.  He specializes in general and commercial litigation including contract disputes, real estate disputes, and tort-claims.

Mr. Lebenta graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a B.A. in sociology and a certificate in criminology. His undergraduate studies included a semester abroad in Alicante, Spain at the University of Alicante where he pursued coursework in Spanish language and culture.
